BLOG NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Oh my goodness me.....well I am so sorry I decided to change my blog background set around...needed a little change from all that pink!!!  What a freakin disaster that was, slowly getting it back into order but had to seriously stop and take note of the wonderful super amazing talents at THE CUTEST BLOG ON THE BLOCK for their insanely AWESOME Tutorials on how to get your blog to look the way it should when you purchase Blogwear, not this rubbishy Blogger crapola!  Thankyou thankyou thankyou is all I can say.  Now to fix my sidebars and a few other little dramas and I can move on again!

And they're off and racing.....

So I've been a little absent from here lately, my apologies, I am working on quite a large order of layouts for a lady right now, so am putting my time into that for the moment...and life in general, I definately need some more hours in my days (sometimes) but hey, a girl can dream right?!

So I've just completed a racing car layout ... and used a cute set of paper piecings from Treasurebox Designs....I felt I needed a little extra for it, to fill in a gap (I'm not a fan of gaps) lol  anyhooo I decided to put some chequered flags in there, couldn't find any so had to make some.  Thought I'd be nice and share them today.

You can get the SVG HERE for this one.

Hopefully back soon with some more designs....I miss playing with my software!

Been a little while....

So it's been a little while since I last blogged....sorry about that, but such is life at the business end of the year and rolling into the business start of this year.  Trusting you all enjoyed a lovely Christmas and celebrated the New Year...gonna be a good one, I can tell!!

Well it is still busy busy busy here for me as I have 4 kidlets to get back to school within the next three weeks, where on earth have those holidays gone already??  I'm looking forward to them returning to school, but not so happy about surrendering my sleep-ins, I have been enjoying them oh so much.

Am heading out to do the "back to school" shopping later this week, am looking forward to that about as much as I'd be looking forward to sewing my head to the carpet.  Have enjoyed spending some time out just blog hopping and browsing some different techniques, getting some new ideas, shopping for some new products....loving some of the stuff I have found lately.   So desperately hope this helps me to get scrapping again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyhoooo am looking forward to celebrating Australia Day on the 26th of this Month.....LOVIN' the fact it is on a Saturday this year, means we have Sunday to recover bwahahahaha so I've pinched the Aussie Day slogan and turned it into a cutting file (svg) as well as the super cute Heart Australia symbol.  Enjoy xo

Snowflake Ornament

Well the challenge was set good and proper for me this time, super tiny snowflakes inside of an ornament frame, there is a die that is similar but it can't be traced, so this is my version of making one with a basic ornament shape and an inset shadow, joined, and some generic run of the mill kind of snowflakes from google traced with some circles added in.... voila :)  I have cut this out with my Phoenix Silver Bullet electronic cutter at a size of 2.5 inches in height.

You can grab the SVG file from HERE.

Cheers xo
